This interactively displays the Iceman genome variants, along with annotations such as gene information and other human genome sequences. Click on a link below access the browser. You can then drag tracks from the menu on the left to display in the main panel or remove tracks by dragging them back. To jump to locations of interest, enter the genome position or gene name (e.g. "BRCA1") in the "Go" box. Use the zoom buttons or double-click to zoom in and see variant calls or genomic sequence.
The Iceman genome's SNVs and indels have been made available accompanied by tracks imported from the UCSC genome database. These include gene tracks (RefSeq and UCSC genes), genes with disease annotations (OMIM), SNPs (dbSNP), and variants from other genome projects (Venter and Watson). For a more detailed description of each track please see the detailed track descriptions.
